Welcome to 4C Guides! My name is Ellen Schwartz, and I am pleased to announce the May 2024 launch of my high quality 4C Guides: Clear, Concise, Complete, & Correct! I am passionate about my technical documentation, tutorials, and cheat sheets and am honored to share them with you. Thank you for your patronage! I am an out-of-the-box thinker with a natural curiosity and a wide and eclectic set of interests. I have a knack for simplifying concepts and have always been the go-to-person for technical documentation. My technical qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in cloud computing, an associate degree in information systems technology, a career studies certificate in network administration, and eight active IT certifications – including the Cisco Certified Network Associate, and the CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+, Linux+, Cloud+, and Project+. In addition, I have one year of enterprise experience in computer hardware, software, networking systems, and in the set-up, configuration, use, and troubleshooting of computer systems. My soft skills include my strong work ethic, commitment to excellence, attention to detail, and positive can-do attitude.
